Eagles Soar Again as Santa Fe Christian Dominates Bishop's in Coastal League Clash

If you had any doubts about who runs the Coastal League, Santa Fe Christian just answered with an exclamation point and a 31-point margin.

The Eagles demolished the Bishop's Knights 81-50 on their home court Friday night, marking the second time this season they've blown out their La Jolla rivals by more than 30 points. Back in January, SFC won the first meeting 76-40, and this one was somehow even more decisive.

Welcome to the Dax Hall Show, folks. The senior point guard has been absolutely torching opponents all season, entering games averaging nearly 28 points and regularly flirting with triple-doubles. Hall has strung together an absurd streak of consecutive games with at least 17 points, and the Knights had no answer for his relentless attack.

First-year head coach Johnny Dee, the all-time leading scorer at USD, has transformed this Solana Beach squad into a county powerhouse. The Eagles entered the week ranked among the top teams in San Diego and top 20 in California, and performances like this explain why.

Bishop's, a historically proud La Jolla program founded in 1909, simply could not match SFC's speed, shooting, or depth. The Knights now face a tough road to climb in league standings with the Eagles setting a blistering pace.
